Volunteers

Who Makes it Work?

A dedicated group of volunteer drivers makes this program work.  Meals are picked up at Inglenook each day and are then delivered to those in the program.  Meals are usually delivered between 11:00 – 12:00 noon.

A volunteer coordinator manages the program.  The coordinator meets with those needing service, arranges for the service and oversees the volunteer drivers.

Meals on Wheels has a Board of Directors consisting of members of the community who are dedicated to meeting the needs of our citizens through this program.  They are responsible for the program administration and fundraising for Meals on Wheels.
